Refunds & Exchanges

Unfortunately, Emily Joy Creations does not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for incorrect choices due to failure to read detailed product descriptions. We provide all information needed to make an informed decision as to whether the product being sold is suited to your needs.

Please note, it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the correct colour/size combination is chosen, within each product listing. WE WILL NOT be held responsible for incorrect choices.

LATE DELIVERY

We do not offer any refunds for orders that arrive late or not when you expected them. Our processing time is approx 9 to 12 business days and during holiday periods this can be extended up to 3 weeks. The processing time DOES NOT include weekends, public holidays or the Christmas week break. We can not be held responsible for postal delays or items not arriving on time for BIRTHDAYS or CHRISTMAS for obvious reasons.

OH NO! Our product is faulty, what now?

Please inform Emily Joy Creations ASAP if you have received incorrect or faulty items and we will work with you to sort out the easiest way to rectify the issue! Unfortunately, we are only human and mistakes and mishaps can happen. We will cover the return postage for our own faults.
